How to do it

Side plank on the forearm with the bottom knee down on a mat.

Same line from knee to head - use this until the full version is clean.
- 3Work it
3 sets of 30-60s, resting about 1 minute between them. Both sides, same number of reps.

Obliques does most of the work. Abs take the rest.
