Screens from Creed

Swipe. These are real captures, not mockups.
Eight routines. Pick one and stop deciding.
Three days a week to six, six weeks to twelve. Every session is written out — and each slot is a movement pattern rather than a fixed exercise, so Creed fills it from whatever your gym has on the floor that day.
Then put someone on the same one. You see how far in they are, they see you, and the week only counts when you both train.
323 movements.
Every one of them drawn.
Not stock photos and not a wall of text. The mascot performs each movement, so you can tell a Romanian deadlift from a good morning at a glance, mid-set, at arm's length.
It knows what your gym actually has.
Tell Creed where you are training — full gym, hotel rack, a set of bands in a suitcase. The session re-resolves around what is in the room. Same stimulus, different hardware, no editing.
Barbell bench press → band chest press. Chest day survives.
Food, without the ledger.
Photograph the plate. Creed itemises it and shows you the working. Nothing is logged until you approve it — no silent guesses landing in your day. Macro targets, meal plans, done.
- Photo recognition, itemised
- Protein, carbs and fat targets
- Meal plans that match your week
- Nothing logs without a yes

Every app can count your sets.
None of them notice when you stop.
Creed puts one other person inside the loop. Not a leaderboard of strangers — one friend, whose week is tied to yours.
A streak with someone else’s name on it.
Both of you train this week or it doesn’t move. Skip it and your friend loses it too. Forgiving by day. Strict by week. It turns out that is the difference.
Three days. One week. The chain holds.
You’ll know the second they start.
Presence is live. A friend racks the first set and it shows up on your Today screen. Send a cheer while they are still under the bar — it lands on their watch, mid-rest.

Let someone else do the deciding.
A friend can plan your session for you. It arrives as a card. Accept it and it is your workout for the day. A plan is just the deciding, done early — and done by someone who is not tired yet.
- Barbell bench press4 × 5
- Incline dumbbell press3 × 8
- Landmine press3 × 10
- Rope pushdown3 × 12
Every session renders to a picture.
1080 × 1350, the mascot doing your heaviest movement, your numbers, and your friend code sitting at the bottom. Post it or don’t. It works either way, because the code is the only onboarding anyone needs.
Example card. Yours has your numbers on it.
A table small enough to care about.
You and your friends, weekly. Sets and meals move you up it. Nobody is ranked against a stranger in another timezone with a coach and no job.
Questions people actually ask.
- What is a pair streak?
- A streak that belongs to two people instead of one. You both have to train in the same week for it to advance — which days does not matter. Skip, and your friend loses it too. That is the whole point: a number you can lose alone is easy to abandon.
- Is Creed free?
- Yes. Free, no ads, no subscriptions, and your friend list is the whole feed — there is nobody to discover and no algorithm deciding what you see.
- What if my gym does not have the equipment?
- Tell Creed which gym you are in and it only ever shows movements that gym can actually do. When something is taken it swaps down a ranked list of alternatives for the same pattern, all the way to a bodyweight or band version that needs nothing.
- Can a friend write my workout?
- They can. A friend can plan a session for you and send it over, and it arrives as a card you accept or ignore. They can also see the moment you start training and cheer you mid-set.
- Does it track food too?
- It does. Calories and macros, with photo recognition for the meals you cannot be bothered to search, plus meal plans a friend can write for you the same way they write workouts.
- How many exercises are in it?
- 323 movements, each one illustrated rather than photographed or described in a paragraph. Browse the whole library at getcreed.app/movements.
- Is there an Android version?
- Not yet. Creed is iPhone only for now.
- Do I need friends on it to use it?
- No — the training, the food logging and your own streak all work on their own. But pair streaks, live presence and duels need a second person, and those are the parts that keep people coming back.
Pick the routine. Bring the friend.
