Four lifting days and two easy cardio days a week. The lifting keeps the muscle you have while you eat less; the Zone 2 does the rest without wrecking your legs.

Run it with someone.
Start it once and every session arrives built from what your gym has, with the weight you lifted last time already in the box. Creed shows you which of your friends are on this one and how far in they are — and the week only counts when you both train.
