How to do it
- 1Set up
Bar over mid-foot, shins an inch away, shoulders just in front of the bar.
- 2The cue that matters
Take the slack out of the bar first, then push the floor away - no jerking off the ground.
- 3Work it
4 sets of 3-6, resting about 4 minutes between them.
Muscles worked
Hamstrings does most of the work. Glutes, back, traps and forearms take the rest.
