How to do it

    Set up

    Bar over mid-foot, shins an inch away, shoulders just in front of the bar.

    Take the slack out of the bar first, then push the floor away - no jerking off the ground.

    Work it

    4 sets of 3-6, resting about 4 minutes between them.
