How to do it

    Stand on one leg, hands free, other leg straight behind you.

    The cue that matters

    Hinge at the hip, back leg and torso move as one line.

  3. 3
    Work it

    3 sets of 10-15, resting about 1 minute between them. Both sides, same number of reps.

Hamstrings does most of the work. Glutes and core take the rest.
