    Set up

    High pulley with a D-handle, side-on, feet wider than the shoulders.

    The cue that matters

    Pivot the back foot and turn through the hips - the arms just hold on.

  3. 3
    Work it

    3 sets of 10-15, resting about 1 minute between them. Both sides, same number of reps.

Obliques does most of the work. Abs and core take the rest.
