How to do it
- 1Set up
Sit slightly off-centre so the working leg lines up with the middle of the sled.
- 2The cue that matters
One foot centred on the platform, control the descent, no wobbling at the knee.
- 3Work it
3 sets of 10-15, resting about 2 minute between them. Both sides, same number of reps.
Muscles worked
Quads does most of the work. Glutes and hamstrings take the rest.
