How to do it

    Set up

    Bar in the landmine with plates on one end, V-handle under the sleeve.

    The cue that matters

    Straddle the bar and row the collar to the sternum, elbows in tight.

    Work it

    3 sets of 8-12, resting about 2 minute between them.
