How to do it

    Set up

    Set the sprint speed first, then straddle the belt while it comes up.

    The cue that matters

    Hop onto the belt at speed, ride out the interval, step off to the rails to rest.

    Work it

    8 sets of 30s on / 90s off, resting about 2 minute between them.
