How to do it

    Set up

    Lie on your side, bottom knee bent, top leg stacked and straight.

    The cue that matters

    Toe slightly down, lift with the hip, stop when the pelvis wants to roll back.

    Work it

    3 sets of 15-25, resting about 1 minute between them. Both sides, same number of reps.

Muscles worked

Abductors does most of the work. Glutes take the rest.
